Advantages:

Хозяин доброжелателен и общителен. Хорошее расположение, рядом магазины, много места для парковки во дворе, чистая ванна, туалет и пастельное.

Disadvantages:

Минусы. Не предупредил о смене квартиры, неприятно. В квартире не очень чисто и свежо (но свой автономный котел) правда пока ждали прогрева замерзли. В целом переночевать годится. Пожелания: поменять окна, посуду на кухне и уделить внимание чистоте квартиры в целом.
